To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronClad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IronClad Apps is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify these terms at any time. The current version is indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
